WHEN I ASKED MR DUNCAN FOR MY 450 DOLLAR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME. I AM FROM THE STATE OF VIRGINIA SO HE KNEW I COULDNT COME THERE TO GET IT SO HE NEVER ANSWERED HIS PHONE AGAIN. PLEASE DONT BE SCAMMED BY HIM. THE LIVING CONDITIONS OF THIS APARTMENT ARE TERRIBLE I SUFFERED SPIDER BITES THAT REQUIRED SEVERAL HOSPITAL VISITS. THE LIVING CONDITIONS LOOK LIKE A DRUG HOUSE
