I ordered a replacement phone on 3/19/2013 it is now 4/29/2013 and the phone still has not arrived. I have spoke to three representatives through the online chat service. They all tell me that the phone has been shipped. I am a senior citizen that lives on a small fixed income. I have also called this company twice. They all say the same thing, the phone has been shipped please give it a couple more days. i am sick of this! This company is preying on the senior citizens! They refuse to give me a refund now I am stuck without a phone. Please help me

I'm dealing with the exact same issue!  My phone quit working, so I ordered a replacement phone and my credit card was charged for it on March 11, 2013. It is now April 29, 2013 and I still have not received the phone that I ordered and paid for! Since I don't have a phone to call with, I have to get online to chat with customer service, which I have done twice already. Both times online chat took at least an hour and a half wait to even chat with a customer service rep. They claim they cannot give me any tracking info and that it could take 11-21 days to receive my phone. It has been about two months and I still do not have my phone! I was waiting in online chat for 3 hrs today, and no one came on, so I gave up!  I have three children at home so I need a phone for emergency.  They have my money, but have left me without a phone. I have a feeling it would be a pain to try to get refunded.
