How to end this practise is also simple, Send a note thanking them for the "FREE BOOK" and if they'd like to send more you'd appreciate it.

You see, they can't do that legaly, to send something unordered, and ask for payment s Highly Illegal AND THEY KNOW IT, BUT HOPE YOU DON'T so they're screwed when you discover it.
