There was a lawsuit filed against Readers Digest and the publisher has argued that what they did is allowed and was not improper. They argue that the consumer who filed suit is unique and not the same as all the other consumers who lost an issue that they paid for in their subscription.
We want to identify other consumers who had subscriptions in November of 2011 so that we can show that the consumer who filed suit is not unique. Please contact us at (((REDACTED))).
