I signed up for two e-mail accounts ($40 each) with REAGAN.COM, with the intention of changing from Gmail. Immediately the inferior functionality became obvious. But it was a small price to pay for the added privacy.
When the renewal for one of them came up, they did not send a reminder e-mail. It simply locked me out of the account. When I tried to sign in, it did NOT give me the option to renew. It just acted as if my sign-on information was incorrect. It took over a week before I could contact someone to get it straightened out.
More recently (08 JAN 2014), I mis-typed in my password & got locked out of the account. After close to thirty e-mails to SUPPORT@REAGAN.COM (each responded to with a form e-mail saying the problem was "resolved"). However the problem was NOT resolved. It literally until the middle of February (between e-mails & trying to contact their "Live Chat") before the I could access my account again.
And their "Live Chat" is a joke. Half the time I tried to utilize it, I was met with a message saying nobody is available. So the only option is to leave a message & recieve the same form e-mail reply.
Well, it's 25 March, & I'm locked out of my account. Was finally able to reach an agent & they told me my account had expired & I needed to pay $40 again. There wasn't any e-mails letting me know it expired.
I'm going back to Gmail.
