Selected this school due to their placement after a Google Search.  Sure wish I would have Googled their complaints and this site BEFORE I paid for their school.

I selected them for my continuing education requirement for FL Real Estate licensing due to price and REGRET it greatly.  After logging on, I realized their technology was archaic and navigation in their site was EXTREMELY difficult.  After having to RESTART from square one multiple times int eh FIRST module, I decided to "cut bait" and seek a refund.  Mind you, I had not even attempted one quiz or chapter test and the operator (Katelyn C.) confirmed this when viewing her computer.

She was very pleasant and gave me no indication that obtaining a refund would be difficult.  She said I only needed to reply to a link emailed to me to "write what it is that frustrated me" so that they "would have a record of my reasoning for the request".  I did so and thought all was good.

I responded to the link and did as she suggested and got a confirmation that I had submitted my request successfully and thought all was well.

I now suspect that she has learned it is easier to be polite and mislead than to stick people with the truth that all requests for refunds are denied once someone starts the course.

A week later, I reached back to follow up on my refund and spoke with a rude and curt lady by the name of Elayne T.  She denied my request officially, after asking me to resubmit it and was very matter of fact in doing so.  She denied me from speaking to Katelyn and/or a manager.

I informed her that I felt duped and that her company's refusal to refund me my $20 for the course would result in me feeling the need to complain online (here along with other forums) and to complain with proper state agencies in both MO and FL.

She did not seem to care and was was very rude our entire conversation.  PLEASE know there are other online options that only cost a couple of dollars ($2.50 to be exact) more and there technology and Customer Service are AWESOME.  I'm sure this forum prefers me not to advertise for them but please feel free to search the web with the specifics given and I'm sure your will find them.

Good luck and buyer beware with this horrible school!
