I went through my refinance with REMN because they are participate in Costco mortgage program. This rep. I got assigned service is suck. They will say anything to gain your business and in reality they will charge a lots of money for closing more than what they said before and after I become their client, they are no where to be found even having a question they won't reply.  They just take your business and run.  I will not recommend this REMN to anyone especially dealing with this guy Jim Egbert.  There's no good customer service they provide and nobody at their company care about customers.  Rip off.  If for some reason they can't get the job done in 45 days as they said they would, they tend to point finger at client instead of admitting their fault.  Blaming game to someone else without admitting their guilt.  If I knew how bad they are, I would never use their service.  They want to do their own way not listening to client request to earn more money and charge more in closing cost.  They don't care about customers.  It's all about gaining business without giving good service or relationship with clients.
