Don't make the same mistake I did. Do not rent from this company. Nowhere in their lease agreement does it say that I would be subject to random inspections, but we have been subject to these inspections twice, on in which they did not even show up. I tried to dispute this invasion of privacy and tell them that there I never signed anything for inspection, and the woman at their company was very rude and just said it was in a certain section of the agreement. I've looked everywhere in the lease agreement and nowhere does it state a tenant is subject to random inspections.
Ever since we moved into our home, it has been nothing but problems. We have had several maintenance issues around the house and never get a response for weeks at a time. Some of our maintenance requests were closed despite they did absolutely nothing at all! The worst part of it is that we paid a maintenance fee and most of our maintenance issues have been completely ignored.
This company makes it very clear that they only want your money and don't care about their tenant's needs.
