Real property management the most unreal,

 Unethical group of people I've ever spoken with dealt with in my 40 years of home ownership. My first rental in over 35 years has been an absolute nightmare from the first time I contacted this property management. I have tried to contact their representative Lucy Flores <lucy@realpropertytexas.com> who has refused to call me who is never replied to one email or my realtor’s email is not done one thing to assist in the rental of the most disgusting home I've ever been in. If you consider using real property management you really need to investigate them in full! I will be posting this review on Google, Yelp and the BBB. I rented a home infested with spiders with the stove that looks disgusting with food burned into it and inch thick. The garage looks like they killed animals in it and was infested with wasps on our move in date. The house was absolutely dirty front to back. Not one person from Real Property Management lifted a finger to assist in any matter of the disgusting shape of this home. Real Property Management emailed me and told me they were going to send someone out to take care of my issues and they did send somebody out but they did not take care of my issues. I have been in my home for a month now and have yet to use the stove yet to use the oven and the dishwasher has been taken out of the dump and put in this House it does not even clean the Butter off a knife. Not one person has walked me with on any of my issues from Real Property Management yet they threaten me over a payment of $269 so I paid two months in advance to show them it was not about the money that they're asking for this home that is operated by Real Property Management can't even pick up the phone and call to discuss the issues. The people from top to bottom and the gentleman or people, investors that invested in this home that are allowing Real Property Management to operate for them should be disgusted with themselves. I will be looking up in the records to find out who owns this home so that I may let them know that Real Property Management is ripping them off. Lucy Flores <lucy@realpropertytexas.com> only collected her $200 that no one else charged me and has not spoken to me or met me one time since his transaction transpired. I would highly recommend anyone looking for rental or to rent property not to use this company for any reason unless you want to be ripped off. No integrity no honesty no follow-up no nothing from any person in this company top to bottom. The absolute most incredible sign of poor Management. In fact the people that they sent over to my home to look at my issues whom never came back had nothing nice themselves to say about Lucy Flores lucy@realpropertytexas.com or Real Property Management infact said several people have complained about both Lucy Flores <lucy@realpropertytexas.com> and Real Property Management. Stars none take 10away do not do business with Real Property management.

 Real Property Management apologizes for the inconvenience that this resident may have experienced during the move-in process.  RPM is hired by homeowners to manage their rental properties on their behalf, and at times homeowners elect to handle certain areas, including make ready and maintenance.  This particular homeowner is an owner that handles all make ready and maintenance items themselves; RPM is to accept the maintenance request and forward to the homeowner for completion.  In order to assist the resident with getting situated in their new home, Real Property Management has agreed to cover rent for this resident for 1 month, to show we are truly sorry for the frustrations caused at move in.  This may have been stressful, ut our company is built on morals and ethics - we will always step in and do what is right.  Again, our apologies for the mishaps at move in, we looking forward to a great tenancy with the resident.
