On October 6, 2007 I went on the website that advertised receive free information on how to make money with goggle. It said it only cost $1.99 for shipping and handling, I ordered it online. I did not receive the 2 CD discs until 10/30/07. I received the notice from the Post Office the evening of the 29th, When I opened it I was very surprised to find, all these other CD's in the package. I started to read the information a little and was annoyed to find out I was sent something I did not ask for. Because I'm in school I had not started listening to any of the Discs, until I received a phone call from a representative regarding my trail period almost running out. I called the number back (800-724-2794) and spoke to a Mr. Craig Lewis who after hearing what happened assured me that (1) he had extended the time period for my acutal evaluation and (2) I would not be charged until afterwards. Mr. Lewis apologized and stated that the time for evaluation is actually counted from the day you order. I told him that was crazy, how can i evaluate something I have not even received. On 11/30/07 the company took 11/30/07 11/30/07 (866)503-4701 WEALTH 3125834 AU $129.99 from my account. I did not know this until 11/11/07 when I was grocery shopping and needed a little more cash, I hit the ceiling when I say that my account had been emptied. I had $200 in my account for a bill that is due on 11/30/07. I called my bank and the representative told me it was put on hold by an auction company she gave me the phone number 866-503-4701 and I called it to find out it was the Real Success Institute. I spoke to a Brynn at 820am on 11/31/07 and she gave me a Return Id Number to put on the box. Brynn stated I would receivfe my money back when they received their package. Because this was not acceptable to me I asked for a supervisor and she gave the name of Bobby and would not give me a last name with the phone number of 800-503-2129. Brynn stated Bobby would not be in until 10 am. I started calling at 1005am and until 1041am and did not get any answer. I called the number I received from the bank again, 800-72-4-2794 and finally got a chance to speak to this supervisor. This man was rather nasty, and continued to state that it in black and white all over both the website and the paperwork that was in the package, what their policy were. I told him it was not on the website and the paperwork in the package simply says if within the 21 days I decide to keep the package I would then be billed for it. I told him I wanted my money back especially since I did not ask for this package in the first place, and I was pissed I would have to pay for shipping this mess back. He then stated I would also be charged for $29.99 montly membership fees. The bottom line is I'm to pay and ship this mess back to the company and only then might I receive a check from some other company name for my refund. Mr. Bobby S's demeanor is simply oh well. I will go back tommorrow morning and also see my bank officer.
