I was ripped off by Realty Trade. They do not refund your money under any circumstances. When they say they will not refund if you get a reasonable offer, that's where it starts. They send people to your email address that don't even know why they are there, and once you open that email, even though there was no offer, they consider it an offer and refuse to give you your meney back and it's a lot of money!! DO NOT do business with them unless you want to lose thousands!!! Don't let them get away with it anymore.
