Realty Trade This company takes your money to sell your time share, gives you a "guarentee" then lies and takes your money Orlando, Florida

Realty Trade contacted us about selling our time share. They stated they clients already interested and promised that if we got no offers in 6 months we would get all our money back. When 6 months were up we sent in the letter required per the contract for the return of our money. They declined saying we did not get it there in the 10 days prior to the contracts end as required and had already rolled our contract over for another 6 months. At the end of the 2nd 6 months we made sure that we had the letter in exactly in time and even called to confirm that they had gotten it only to be told that we had an offer on the property. We emailed the person at the address they sent 3 times without response. When we called the company back yto let them know that this was happening and that we did not believe it was even a true offer and asked to continue with the cancelation we were told that it was not past the date. When we asked to talk with a supervisor they said they would have them call us as soon as they were available. We had to call back several times to speak with anyone and got no resolution. Do not use this company they make it all sound good but in the end they take your money and all you get is frustration!
