Realty Trade Realty Properties TIME SHARE RIP-OFF Orlando, Florida

I got a call from Larry Williams of Realty Trade, asking if i was interested in selling my Time Share, located in Orlando. I told him i was interested in renting. I was told that it was not a problem because lots of Companies come to Orlando for Conventions. He told me that this would cost me $1595 and the property will be advertise indefinately. He also said that if after 6 months i was not satisfied, i can ask for a full refund. My Credit Card was debited the $1595 on 12th November, 2009.

After the six months period i did not receive one contact, therefore i asked for a refund over the phone. I was told that i had to make the request in writing, which i did on the 18th May 2010. I kept calling, but just kept getting excuses and the run a round. On Friday 21st January, 2011 my wife called and spoke to Mark Stevens about the refund and he told her that Larry Williams was no longer with the Company and there was no record of the refund letter that we wrote. He asked us to Fax him a copy of the letter, which we did. He then said that the 6 months period had passed and we are not entitled to a Refund.

We assured him that the letter was sent to Larry Williams within the specified time, but he insisted that there will be no refund. He further asked if we would like to have the property listed for another 6 months, to which we replied NO.
