A PERSON CALLING HIMSELF LARRY WILLIAMS CALLED ME ON A SATURDAY TO TELL ME THAT HE COULD RENT THE TIME SHARE BELONGING TO MY HUSBAND AND ME FOR $3,800+ PER WEEK, OR COULD SELL IT FOR UPWARDS OF $28,000. HE NEEDED TO HAVE US SIGN A CONTRACT RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE THERE WAS A BIG GOLF TOURNAMENT PLANNED FOR THE BRANSON AREA. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE GIVING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE INTERNET, AND HE SAID THAT WE WOULD RECEIVE A CONTRACT TO SIGN AND RETURN, INDICATING THAT MY CREDIT CARD WOULD BE CHARGED WHEN THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. I CHECKED THE COMPANY ON THE INTERNET AND WAS DISAPPOINTED TO LEARN THAT SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WERE ON THE INTERNET. MY CREDIT CARD HAD ALREADY BEEN CHARGED. I E-MAILED LARRY WILLIAMS ON SUNDAY OR MONDAY (EITHER 1 OR 2 DAYS AFTER SPEAKING WITH HIM) TO LET HIM KNOW THAT WE WOULD NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT AND THAT I WAS REQUESTING A REFUND. MORE FAST-TALK FROM HIM, THEN HE SAID THAT HE WOULD CONTACT HIS SUPERVISOR ABOUT A REFUND. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I CONTACTED LARRY AGAIN WHEN I RECEIVED THE CREDIT CARD BILL -NO REFUND - HE CALLED ME AND SAID IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO PROCESS AND HEAPED ON THE VERBAL ABUSE. NEXT CREDIT CARD BILL AND ALL OTHERS SINCE HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED WITH THE $1,295. LARRY WILLIAMS DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS.
