This person Rebekkah Jean Bidwell aka rebecca Bidwell originally from Michigan and now in Florida she is in the tattoo business doing at home tattoos at this time. She harrassed and stalked my friend on the internet and then took if offline. She went crazy and caused many problems. She lies constantly. She will lie to get are do anything. She is very deceitful and used differing screen names to abuse my friend. She then turns it all the way around and plays victim. She is the mother of at least three children maybe more. She is a lyer plain and simple and she is a dangerous one. She will lie to hurt others and she will lie to get what she wants.
Warning be very careful when dealing with her. You will see how she is yourself after dealing with her a week are two. She is the worst psychological abuser I have ever seen online and I mean the worst. She abused my friend for so long and would not stop nearly a year online. Don't say you were not warned.

Rebecca Jean Bidwell D.O.B. 3-26-1972 continues to threaten and send threats through electronic means on the internet. The FBI engaged her through the Waldran, Arkansas Sheriff's Department in 2009 as FBI agents contacted the Sheriff's Department in Waldran, Arkansas Cheif Cody there and sent him to interview her where she admitted invovlement. ( THIS WAS THE FIRST FBI INTERVENTION )
UPDATE*** 2ND FBI INTERVENTION OCTOBER OF 2012.
11-17-2012 November the 11th 2012, Rebecca Jean Bidwell escalated her THREATS, and veiled threats in September and October of 2012 leading to a new FBI Investigation which remains open.
Screen Caps of those threats where sent directly to the FBI.
THE NEW CASE REMAINS OPEN AND UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME AT THIS DATE.

This woman is in a cyberstalking cyberbullying gang and targeted Margie-ItsMsMargie of youtube.
Margie is a transgender person and it really got this womans ego that Margie stood up to her. Rebecca was probrably conditioned that she was so much better than transgender human being early on in her life.
shenever posted that this woman was into child pornography at all. It was youtube user Mchwaltes89 but Rebecca seized the opportunity to pin it on Margie because she needed to anchor her attacks on Margie. You can look up anchoring law enforcement is familiar with the technique.
Rebecca stalked and harrassed ItsMsMargie of youtube because she got a thrill out of it. A psychopathic thrill. Rebecca is in an internet gang run by this man:

It effected Rebecca greatly when she did not succeed using Bia's Intimidation a federal hate crime in order to run Margie off youtube. Margie said, "hell no" I'm not going anywhere and remained on youtube. Rebecca ramped up her stalking and threats some death threats in order to further attempt to intimidate ItsMsMargie of youtube because this was really getting to Rebecca's EGO, that a transgender person would not be intimidated by her. Rebecca then started a long campaign of ( anchoring ) anchoring false stories of Margerie in order to justify her stalking and harrassment and threats. Law Enforcement was informed and knew full what what ( Anchoring ) was , there are even videos about "anchoring" on youtube in order to target someone.
So the real truth is EGO it really go Rebecca Bidwells EGO that Margie would not be intimidated by her.
Rebecca's EGO has caused her to break the law and Rebecca's ego is the cause of her doing so much anchoring and including Margie in those stories she makes up about her doing this and her doing that because she needs to justify her attacks on Margie. She has no other way to justify those attacks on Margie so she has to include Margie in her mis-truths and anchor her story to justify her attacks against Margie.

Rebecca Jean Bidwell D.O.B. 3-26-1972 continues her death threats to ItsMsmargie of youtube and has stalked her traveling from Waldron Arkansas down to Texas. This has been going on since 2007. At the time this report is being filed its February of 2010. The Houston FBI and the Sheriff's department in Waldron Arkansas are involved and an ongoing investigation is progressing. She should have a new court date soon. Ms. Bidwell has a very long criminal record and history. Photos are now included in this report.

yes she visited arkansas as her mothers child had run away and she went to help them find her wich she did. but she is back in florida now and let me tell you the ocp isnot very happy about having to go out and take a report on some kids and an 60 yr old woman from u tube so that she can amke sure u pay for what your doing. See the truth is about to come out yes she lives in winter park fla she recently moved there.
2 she does not own a tattoo business at all never has she is not involved in child porn if she was im shure the judge that is handleing her child support agaist her ex would tke the children away she si not a prostitute. yes she is 35 yrs old yes her name is rebecca and yeah u have a birthdate but all the lies your telling is about to put you in jail and oweing alot of money. Look i know this woman Rebecca bidwell And i also know the people who have made these reports they are from a site called u tube were they tryed to threaten this womans 4 yr old child at one point. and they now are doing this i find this obsured that you do not investigate these reports before you file them online this wonam is no child abuser she is not of any business she is a single mother who has had a very hard life. she has one thing on her record and it was due to family issues with her kids father cuz he stle from her mother, its all documented at the downtown courthouse in orlando. she was never arrested nor convited she plead nolo contender i know this cuz i was there when it all happend.

While I have posted valid comments to ROR and have to wait until after midnight for the posting to be available, it appears this is -not- because ROR reviews Reports and Comments (as I first thought).
Read the ROR TOS (Terms of Service) and you will see that they don't review every Report posted and their disclaimer is quite specific. I haven't read the TOS in a while, so I was surprised the Initial Report was even allowed to be filed, considering it contains someone's personal information such as address (Which is against the ROR TOS).
They will not remove a report even at your request. My opinion of RipOffReport has just nosedived from Wonderful to ZERO. HAND

Most of the time she goes by the name Rebecca Bidwell and I heard she had 8 children. It got so bad my friend had to involve the law to curtail her behavior. She is also a heavy smoker.
