Rec Warehouse Bought a pool in 2002 and in 2012 trashed it McDonough, Georgia

We bought a pool from rec warehouse in 2002 and were told we had a 20yr warranty on the pool walls and liner. At 9yrs 11months the walls had rusted out. Contacted rec warehouse and were told the issue was with the company that made to pool walls Trevi. They were no help they pro-rate every thing after the1st yr. So we went back to rec warehouse. They looked into the issue and said it was the installers issue for not butting up the j-mold tite.  Rec warehouse got with Trevi the company that makes the wall to help use out. I asked the question what was I going to have to pay. Here comes the shocker - wall pro-rate was 70% I pay 10% company would pay, plus shipping from Canada. I had to buy a new liner and pay to have the pool installed.
The original installer is no longer doing pools. So I am stuck with a steel pc of junk, a deck I built will have to come down $2000.00 in wood and labor, removal of old pool, fill in hole where pool was.
When people sell pools they need to let people the true warranty.

We feel sense rec warehouse did not inspect the pool they are at fault for the bad installation. I used this pool to cool my body in the summer because I have (MS)Multiple Sclerosis. Now I am stuck in the house till it cools off.
