Receivables Performance Management, LLC ,Sprint After Sprint and West Asset Mang. ,collection agency said our account was closed with "0" balance, they say we owe them!!! Bothell Washington

I am a SSG In the Army at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and it certainally seems that the military enlisted soldiers are targetted by RPM. Know that we are gone and our household is turned upside down for a while. They hit us when we are down. We just want to pay our debts, but not 2 and 3 times over...

Long story short. We were tierd of not being able to communiate with the Sprint customer service we decieded to leave sprint. We ask one of the custormer Service Reps. (could hardly understand, very bad english) how much to cancel service. They said $200.00. we made clear that there were 5 lines, still $200.00 So we left sprint, recieved our next bill ( with termination fees for 5 lines). We sent in the payment with a explanation why we just payed the $200.00

After a few months it went to "West Asset Management" Collection Agency. I wrote a letter of dipute this. On 11Apr08 I call sprint, they said the accout was closed with them and West Asset Mang. My wife called West Asset and they said our account was closed "0" balance.

Now I recieve a letter form RPM saying we owe them. I have now writen a letter of dispute to them.

It is also funny how Sprint said we owed $xxxxxxx, then W.A.M said we owed a different amount and now PRM is even a differnet amount.

I just want to pay my debt, but if I pay one, then in a month or so the other 2 will say we still owe them... We shall see, all in due time...
