Talking with them on the phone the first couple of times they jimmed the jam and wove me a blanket of gold, when I got my bonus from work, paid them strait out to get an expungement and rights restoration handled by them, I filled out there forms, wrote there story of my life, filed for police reports, sent them results from filed reports, But got nothing done, nothing handled, no contact from them either, just promises that they were on the job, when they were not, tried to file a refund for theft of services through google who I paid with, they wrote back and said I was the problem, that I hadn't submitted proper information for the case to move forward, I had, and they were paid in full with all reports in their possession, this company will gladly take your money and send you on a goose chase, don't bother , it is somebody running a criminal business that is fraudulent in nature, they will send you to the end of the earth and back and take your cash, but they won't do anything they say they will, nada.
I lost over 500 dollars that I needed really bad, but I thought I was doing a responsible thing sending that money away, the people I talked with were articulate and smart, Oh let me tell you, they are smart enough to sit back and collect money for nothing from poor souls such as us looking for new starts in life, bottom line is guys one day your going to rip off the wrong felon, one who is violent and cannot live without retribution, and they will go online and tell the world what a felon your whole company is, and take the first chance they get to sue you for breach of contract and absolute fraud. If anyone out there pays these jerks money after what I have written here, you deserve to lose your money, they are a scam. Sorry if you have already paid them, the money is gone people, its gone.

Well Todd, a couple of issues, the fee is not 500.00 and if you enrolled for two states the fee wouldn't be 500.00, this is because you are lying. It is easy to hide behind sites where you don't have to post your real name or your IP address, on these sites you can post all the lies you want. I don't think that's right, instead of posting lies on here why don't you contact the actual company?

Today there are no people who will answer the phone to talk to customers.
I am here to say that I know for a fact that Records Removal Service has never helped one 'client'. It is just an internet web waiting for potential clients to send money their way.

RecordsRemoval.com does their best to make sure the wrong felon or any other person doesn't find them. They hide behind a PO Box and put no names on their web site. If I ripped off felons, i would be worried about getting a painful day of street or court justice.
The long list of complaints about Records Removal Services on this web site and the Better Business Bureau shows how awful they are. They deserve a day of reckoning for hurting so many vulnerable people.
