Records Removal Service ripped me off! I first spoke with a man name Paul Johnson, in April 2008. He said they could have my record cleared in sixty days, to just mail them $301.95, I ask him was he sure that they could do such services, he said yes. He also told me they would mail me a packet, with step by step instrutions while persuing the case. After they received my money, everything was tossed upside down! They didn't return my calls, I never received no packet. I one day called and spoke with a lady name Nancy Bowling, she ask me to mail them a final deposition from the court, I did that, then they made a lame excuse that They couldn't read it, but I read it just fine, clear words. People out there, please be aware of records removal services. Jordan Palmer, is suppose to be the head man over that records removal scam trap! However, I saved my money order receipt, for my proof. My advice to all of you, that have been scammed by records removal services, is to file a complaint through (BBB) Better Business Bureau of Kentucky.

Of course they are a scam!!! Why else would this little piss-poor company have a long list of complaints at the BBB??? Do a google search on "Jordan Palmer Scam" and see the long list of results. All things I should have done before trusting them.
Do not waste your time listening to Jordan Palmer's excuses. They are only designed to delay you past the point where your credit card company cannot do a chargeback.
I called my credit card company and got my money back. It took about 5 minutes. I Here is what I told them.
"I learned that they have a F rating with the BBB and a notorious scam. They have not done the work. I informed them that I want to cancel the service before they started. They are not licensed to do the work in my state."
It is easy and your credit card company will back you. There is nothing Palmer can do to stop it.
I also registered a complaint online complaint with the TN Division of Consumer Affairs. Their web site address is http://tn.gov/consumer/consCompFrm.shtml . They said they could help... we will see.

For your information Records Removal Service has no state-of-the-art system. It is still run out of an individual's home. Still a scam! Doesn't even pay employees.
Standard delaying tactics include: not receiving the paperwork, paperwork is illegible, received the wrong or unauthentic form, etc. etc.

The previous reports are not true. The site you are referring to is operated by Attorney's who are furious that we charge a mere $300.00 compared to their $1,850.00, or something similar. The site is http://recordgone.com and they created http://www.recordclearing.org as an attempt to stop us from taking any of their market share.
If you have a case open with Records Removal Services it has likely not been finished because of missing information.
