After looking at spa dealers in three counties I decided to purchase a Niagara Grand Spa. It was sold as the most expensive and best spa on the floor. Within the first week we had a problem and couldn't use spa. It's been less than a year and had a total of 21 repairs.
2 heaters, 4 boards, 4 pressure switches, 3 ozonators, 1 circ pump, 1 covwer, 1 GFCI breaker, 1 jet, leaking from bottom off spa twice, and 1 plug for filter fell off. Out of pocket expensives so for 350$ not counting the baqua chems that didn't work with ozonator. Will ask for a refund or new spa ASAP.
If not I will take legal action against Recreatioal Factory Warehouse, Leisure Bay and Manager of Dorchester Warehouse.

10/10 Manager said he would replace spa.
10/16 Plug broke off and had to replace
11/07 Went to store to confirm time and had contractor remove rail and planks from deck.
11/12 Had contractor remove wire and drane spa for replacement
11/12 Crew came to replac spa but didn't have spa in truck. Couldn' replace spa because of deck. Will start legal action tomorrow. Called to speak to manager but he wouldn't take my call.
