Red Bluff RV Park Underhanded group of people who charge some of their clients an increased electric bill while their friends pay a lesser rate. the electric meters are rigged so don't be fooled with their sign claimin red bluff, California

I stayed at the Red Bluff Rv Park in Red Bluff, California and having had a terrible experience with the absentee owners and their manager. Firstly, people staying in the park were all complaining about the electric being so high. Well, not all were complaining because friends of the owners were getting a much better rate than other monthly or weekly clients. The sign posted in the office claims PG&E gets this high rate. In fact the park's  electric meters are claiming above and beyond usage for certain people staying in the park.

Don't ask them to explain they will tell you they are all booked up. Stay somewhere else or just skip Red Bluff, California completely.
