if you are looking for employment in any 4 of these prisons located in eloy, look elsewhere. i would rather strap a matress to my back and work the corners, or pan handle money than work for this company ever again! there are so many people who talk sh* about everything that everybody does. if they talk shit about you and you confront them, your bieng investigated.

 if your not not a good looking woman, or like to kiss ass, they find any excuse to fire you. if your a good looking woman the so called "supervisors" try to use their "rank" to get in their pants. obviously because they are too fat or ugly to get a woman any where else.

as far dealing with inmates? they run the show and tell the gaurds what to do. they say they are supposed to be officers. i wouldnt even consider them gaurds. maybe babysitters. most of them are so scared that they do whatever the inmates tell them to do.

its all from the serious lack of training, because the people who teach are new and dont know what the f*k they are doing themselves, and the high turnover rate. women gards sleeping with inmates, bringing in drugs, cell phones, naked pictures of themselves. guys bringing alcohol, coming to work drunk.

seriously people. this what YOUR tax dollars pay for. a bunch of lazy, fat ass sh* talkers who baby sit inmates. would you feel safe knowing how easy it would be to have a rapist or a murder hurt you inside of prison knowing you work with a bunch of fuck ups? or having one of them escape into your communities and do something to your children, or significant other?
