Redbox DVD Rental Kiosk RedBox I rented DVD's in January from this machine for this company and they charged my card over $51.00 TODAY the mgr Heather said they nvr blld me, but my bank stmnt says otherwise and they will not refund Internet

I was checking my bank stmnt online at around 8am when I noticed chrgs for RedBox video(s) and I have no video's from this company curntly, so I called the company and spoke with a manager named Heather (whom would not give me her employee number or last name) kept trying to expln to me how they billed me for video's I rented in January on the 20th, so I pulled up my bank stmnt online while on the phone with Heather and discovered I was already billed for the 4 DVD's times 4 nights on the 25th of January, Heather sttd that I WAS WRONG & that's not how billing for this company works, so I pulled up the terms of use online as well at RedBox.com an it said nothing about this delayed billing, but she kept saying "Ma'am I'm viewing the same thing and I see it here." than she start telling me I can't read basically, so I end up offering to fax my stmnt to her or any member that could get my money refunded to my debit accnt,which was never offered as a solution by the manager Heather by the way, which means they have no intention of refunding your accnt, but she said she'd get the fax, review it right away and contact me...well needless to say, NO ONE contacted me as of 5pm estrn time, and I have'nt been promised a refund for being DOUBLE Billed by this company. I would not recommend ANYONE slide your debit card in that machine for vidoe's for 1.


when I asked to remove my card number from their data base Heather sttd they keep your card number on file and it can't be removed(BIG NO NO) 2.


she also sttd they may bill your card for other chrgs for up to 6 mos.,


seems like they wait to RIP you OFF when they think your not paying attention and will not refund your accnt CLEARLY. This won't be the last time they hear from me. I don't take being ripped off kindly. If those chrgs were legit/valid I wouldn't have a problem, but this is clearly a scam to get people's debit accnt numbers probably being forwarded to some other country as we speak, if you've rented from this company using your debit card accnt, I'd chk my stmnt ASAP.
