Redline Executives Scam Colton/Riverside/San Bernardino, California

First off, this company has no professional apperance at all. You call for an interview. This should throw a red flag right off in the beginning. Why should a company even offer an interveiw with out an application. Second after walking into the colton office you are asked to fill out the breif application that they have and dress "buisness professional." As soon as you walk in you will see a desk, a few chairs, broken down building, and the receptiontionst will be dressed more professional then the "hiring manager."  This person will more then likely be young. Here is the next red flag. You will also notice that their office has next to nothing in it. Supposedly this is a company that is expanding and has expanded to the colton area. It looks as if they have just moved in or getting ready to move out. This is our third warning flag.

We are still not done. After a quick interview and some smooth talking on their end, they will tell you that they will call to let you know if you have a second interview or not. I can almost garentee that if you said "hi" during the interveiw you will get the call. Your second interview will take place in the "field". Most likely you will be talked to by a "sales rep" and they will sell you on this is not a sales postions and proceed to sell a product. Yet a fourth red flag here. Here is the big kicker, there ad claims $400 - $600 weekley.

This is all commision based. So in reality is should be $0 - X amount. Why would they put $400 if there is a chance you could make a lot less then that. You should also know that they are not a door to door sales but rather a person to person at a gas station or store sales. Yes these are the people that sell you the car wax that will last a life time or the glass cleaner that is perfect. These are the smooth talkers. You will notice multiple reports saying that they work for redline and these reports are false and they will claim to be unbiased.

Well here is another problem, if you have worked for a long period of time or still currently are working how can you be unbiased when you may have been a part of the scam the whole time. You will also notice cursing from one of the "employess" on a reply to the rip off report. Here is a great warning sign. As far as the travel allowance goes, when asked they give you $10 extra in your paycheck to drive the company car not your car.
