Redtag.ca ' Red Label Vacations Inc. Air Canada Problem buying ticket - not being able to use toicket - repurchase Mississauga, Ontario

First not complaining about The US customs not allowing her on to the plane.  Complaining about how she was told BY Redtag.ca and AC to buy another ticket to go to Vancouver and catch the original flight from there.  That she could then get a transit Visa for her trip home. which she was denied. now have more $$ to get her home. If they would of stopped sticking their nose into it, she would be home.

NOT ONE MENTION OF  TRANSIT VISA was ever mentioned to us. when we talked to their AGENT RETAG. Air Canada even checked her into the flight and her bags.

My Finance and I where planning on going back to her home country (Philippines) to get married this winter Holiday season, BUT I was laid off several months ago, so basically we could not afford to go, Since she has
not been home in over 6 years we decided for her to go.

Booking through REDTAG.ca we were not told that should would require a transit visa, She has  permanent res card and just waiting for the appointment to write her Canadian citizenship.  Anyways , get a flight from Toronto Las Vegas  then Vegas to Vancouver and then Vancouver to Manilia.. return was suppose to go Manila to LA and then LA to Toronto.

Buying a ticket through REDTAG.ca not one mention of the fact she would or even might need a visa comes up. 2 months later she goes to board the Toronto Vegas flight and they wont let her on board.

While on the phone with a REDTAG.ca agent and standing at the AirCanada booth someone there told her that if she pay for another flight to Vancouver she could catch the original flight to Manila and go from there, AND even better told her WHILE IN MANILA APPLY AND GET HER TRANSIT VISA THERE.  So she buys another ticket to Vancouver and when she gets there the Philippine Aitlines tells her she has to pay another 1000 to re0issue her
ticket- 3 hours later (20 mins after her flight left) they tell her it would only cost $108, but she would have to wait 24 hours at the airport and catch the next days flight.
 
So she did. She get and waits for her appointment with the US EMBASSY in Manila to get a transit visa, and gets refused because the agent says she did not show a NEED to stop in a US City airport. She already has a
ticket.. we spent $2500 on the original ticket.. and $600 ticket to Vancouver 108 to board the plane - $160 to apply for a visa and now have noway to get her home,

She is a FullTime nursing student at Durham College and I was Laid off this past year and currently applying for Second Career if approved to go back to school to get re-training in a new field)  Simply we dont have any extra money to pay to get her flight changed to go to Manila to Vancouver and then Vancouver to Toronto.
