Reed Construction Data Wont let me cancel contract that I never renewed in the first place!!! Con-Artists! Norcross, Georgia

My company subscribed to Reed Construction Data for job leads.  It tells you about upcoming projects you can bid on, yet we bid on close to 100 projects out of their books and never got one of them.  There were always multiple general contractors bidding on the projects which gave you very little chances of getting it.  Their subscription service costs around $1,500 a year and we were just throwing money out the window so we decided not to renew. 

Low and behold they are trying to make us pay anyways and I have made several attempts to cancel their services and written several letters and refuse to let us cancel it and want us to pay $1,800 now for late fees.  They are a joke!! Now they have a pesky attourney calling us and trying to threaten us to get the money which they will not receive.  We never agreed to a multiple year contract and tried canceling their services before the new year even began. 

Do not use their services!!! All they want is your money and will say anything to you to get you to use their services and now they are trying to lock us in.  This is a poorly way of doing business and evidently they arent worried about tarnishing their reputation by their scams.  This company will eventually be shut down, its only a matter of time, and I hope this report will detur others from using their services.
