References-Ect Inc charged a fee to gather MVR then wants SS#, Date of Birth and License # Colorado

I was searching for a Motor vehicle department that would supply me with my MVR. The add on the internet says they fee. The main page looked very authentic as if they will be able to do this. The main page also says information will be sent via email. 

I filled out all information needed and paid 17.20 for the MVR. I was told that I would get information via e-mail. The charge went through the bank and I received another e-mail saying they needed more information from me such as signatures, Drivers License Number, Social Security Number and Birth Date. If I was paying attention I should have seen the Red Flag when I paid. I should have used PayPal instead of my Visa.

I have never needed a birth date, and SS# to get an MVR. I didn't fill out the copy they wanted me to and I figure I will need to eat the $17.20. I don't believe they are a legitimate company
