I ordered two pairs of shoes online on their website and unfortunately one pair was too small.  I looked on their website and about their return/refun policy.  I followed all of their procedures and paid for the shipping to return the pair of shoes that did not fit.  website said it would take three to five days after items were returned to issue a return.  I tracked the package and never received a refund.  I have email them several times and have gotten no results.  I followed all of their steps and received no results.  I feel betrayed and ripped off.
