A Different Approach

I was going back through all of these on the refund recovery software, still in shock that I was ripped off of my money. Not to mention the big dreams that I was beginning to have. Anyway, getting to the point here is that I myself tried all the email addresses and I could not get no response. While looking through the lists here I noticed 2 differnt yahoo accounts and one hotmail account. On the yahoo I quickly sent a message saying 'hi' which got a response. At that point I briefly explained that my software would not install and he directed me to www.refundrecoverymanual.com which is a working site. It might work to send an instant message as well as trying the email. The emails are not replied to and the instant messages are. Anyway, that is one site that is still up. Unfortunately it does not help my problem... my software is defective. It refuses to install...but... I did learn a valuable lesson. But... CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK?

It may be crucial for you to research those copyright records. You are entitled, as a merchant, who previously sold the product, among other reasons. If you could share that information, with others whom have also been allegedly betrayed by Stephen, it would be helpful. This would also validate your information for consumers accessing this site on a daily basis. There are consumers constantly filing reports on this software.
I would also suggest that you immediately update the www.newyork.bbb.org web site, and share this information. If I can do anything to assist you, in locating the originial owner, it is not a problem.
Finally, I would have to suggest that you file your own Report, so that others can locate your information. Rebuttals are very important, and of productive assistance to many; however your own Report will stand out as more of an eye catcher. This suggestion is to assist in communicating your information.

Please be aware that Stephen is hiding his identity by using someone elses address and information. I have no part of this software nor do i have copyrights. You can clearly see on www.refundsoftware.com that the copyrights are under Stephen at the Sunrise hwy address. He is falsy accusing me because he must have gotten my info from ebay. Lots of people are selling this on ebay as well Maybe one of them are affiliated to this! I sold this once on ebay because i too got scammed with this software. the email i bought this software from started with OMAR. I cant remember the rest.. So please stop contacting me on this matter.. Once i catch Stephen he will be prosecuted for falsy accusing me... Dont forget i too can get somebodies address and accuse them.. that is what he is doing..Thank you
