DO NOT attend this school. I spend thousands of dollars (along with many others) to learn nothing.
There were never enough instructors to level out the Student/Teacher ratio. There was one instructor to 30+ students. This made it hard for any one on one teaching. The students basically helped one another.
We went through countless Campus Mgrs and Instructors. That place is a revolving door. They had to have CM's and Instructors from other locations in other states to come and fill in, only to leave in a week. I never knew what that point was...
They skipped THREE curriculum's and so I was told to just "self study" them so I could graduate. I made weekly calls to corporate, and received nothing but empty promises that they would go over them with me. Once I followed up asking when it was going to happen, it was always alot of finger pointing. I sat in class from May-July, then July-Sept learning nothing because I had taken all of the subjects that were being covered. What made matters worse, was that I had to sit in class with no learning material because they switched the books over from Salon Fundamentals to Milady's and I wasn't allowed a book as I was a week short from the cut off date to get one. Complete waste of time.
A/C broke in mid summer. Performance Floor was so hot, the clients were complaining. We were still told to service clients even though it was so hot, it was a potential hazard for anyone with health problems. Calls were made to Corporate and late afternoon they closed off services for clients, but we still had to stay. But they never fixed the A/C until a few days later, so the next day after closing for clients, we still had to work the next few days in the same conditions. Made no sense at all.
Space was limited. A table that normally would fit 3 had to seat 4-5 because of so many students in one class.
I can go on and on about this place.... what a nightmare!
