Avoid this company at all costs. The leadership doesn't have their priorities straight, everything that comes out of their mouths is lies. They tell you that you don't have to do anything in this business and that leads are delivered to your back office. HAH! That is if you can even sign in and / or navigation to the back office. Once you are in the back office, nothing works the way it's supposed too, you cannot purchase leads in the back office like their new promotional video states. To top it all off, my customers do not even want to purchase online because they cannot simply figure it out! It is so confusing that I end up doing all of this unnecessary work because corporate leadership is too busy with their heads up their a** to invest money back into the business.
Also, I want everyone to know that I have months worth of RegeneSlim product that is getting ready to expire next month. No one ever told me that there was an expiration date on the Regeneslim product when I signed up and to top it all off, I just had my mother-in-law call up asking me why she just got a box of RegeneSlim in the mail that is going to be expiring in a week. I can't even answer the question because Regeneca Leadership avoids these questions at all costs.
When I first joined Regeneca back in early 2012, things were going very smooth, people were interested in the products and the products actually worked. Now, its all going downhill. The organization I'm currently in has had a lot of people drop out because of the lack of leadership at the corporate office. Many stopped coming to the meetings because our suggestions kept getting thrown out the window or leadership said they were working on things but inreality they are just sitting around with their thumbs up their a*s all day. Matt showed us all the new supposed website that was being built and how it was going to be finished at the end of the month... that was another lie. We're going on 2 months and the new website is still not up. Nothing has changed, except they have created a fancy video that has even more lies in it. I thought it was funny because all of the testimonials in the video are people who work at the corporate office.
Lastly, avoid the training sessions with Buck Reed. This guy was involved with a lot of shady business relations in the past. I told my organization leader it was a bad idea to have him back in the picture and he agreed with me. When I was selling Monavie, Buck Reed was heavily involved for the wrong reasons. He only cares about one thing.... MONEY! The feedback I received from the training sessions were not good. People need more training on how to operate their business not motivation.
I suggest you avoid Regeneca at all costs if you are a network marketer like myself. With all of the shady stuff going on and the lack of transparency, I do not see this business becoming successful. Especially after the FDA finds out about corporate office selling expired pills, that will probably be the final straw for the company. The FDA has already slapped their wrists with RegenErect and also RegeneSlim, I hope they put Matt in prison for his 3rd strike. His lack of leadership skills is what's going to kill this company.
