First off I was job hunting on Craigslist and found a customer service ad and they say will train weekly pay, management & administrative positions avail. So I called on a Wednesday and got scheduled for an interview on Thursday so I asked what kind of customer service positions are avail the receptionist said its for different company's so I just said ok. Went to the place which is at 1791 ne 164th street in north miami beach. On the inside I noticed the decor which was set up nicely with things bought from Family Dollar. Loud music playing a lot of people walking in and out. So I'm over looking that and is finally called in the room with 3 other applicants. The man "Damon" as he call himself explained to us what the company do and the "history" its called (Regional Management) he say its been around for 33 years but they office looks like a house but he never told us what they actually distribute. So some of us got the chance to do a 2nd interview/orientation this lady "Hester" as she call herself tells the room her so called life story, she graduated from Harvard she was 3rd in her class, she has a 1.5 million house in plantation, she was broke and homeless, she now makes $300,000 a year and drives a Mercedes Benz, but never states what kind. I was thinking if she has all that she should be Proud to state what kind of Benz she drive. But didn't. Quite odd. Also she tells us the company distributes Perfume. Not the real deal but like the Fake kind with all the same as the real packaging, Odd also. When it was done with I walked outside to see if I see a nice Benz around..... I didn't I seen a white older model like 94-97 maybe but no new nice benz. That's another lie she wanted us to take home a form to try and sell our family and friends the perfume but all the while she kept saying "No sales" it's just a trail period. She says training is 2-4 weeks but no one gets paid. U just pay urself for the 2-4 weeks from selling the perfume. I really want this Job Scam to be put out there so they can be stopped. It's not fair on people who's really looking for good job opportunities.
