Reines RV Center, Inc. Claimed to have inspected & corrected all defects with RV before purchase, but had not done so. Manassas Virginia

Purchased a 2010 Tiffin Allegro Bus 1/14/14 from Reines RV Ctr., Manassas, Va.  We were told several times the RV had been inspected completely and all defects/problems had been corrected. Items discovered during the first week were: torn slide-out topper fabric, defective slide-out gasket, non-functioning LP gas & CO tester, separation of slide-out molding, rattling of entrance door, rattling of microwave, loose outside mirror, radiator leak, loose window shade, defective A/C sensor and defective A/C thermostat.  

The papers to get a new title did not arrive with-in 30 days & had a $622 "dealer penalty".  The old title was not notarized and had to be sent back to get notarized adding more time.  Reines has paid for the repairs, except for the "dealer penalty" but has taken no responsibility or apologized for their lack of inspection before selling me the RV. Since buying the RV it has been in the repair shop more than half the time requiring a great deal of time and effort on my part.
