Khris Smalls representing Release Surety offers to people the opportunity to get a loved one released from prison utilizing his legal services for a hefty minimum price of $3,500.00.  They also offer services to eliminate forelcosure status, pay off mortgages, automobile loans or even credit debt.  For a cost, they have you send all this information about your debt, private information like, social security number, birth

After forwarding all of this information to his office in Massachusetts, he advises you the documents will be filed with the courts and then he can advise a time frame on when the next steps will be taken. When the documents were sent to him he also requested the payment for the legal work to be completed.

When speaking with him on a daily basis he provides information about how long the process takes, what to expect and builds rapport with you.  He uses government forms from off of the internet (GSAforms.gov) and is good for quoting the Bible, to seem as though he is so religious, honest and trustworthy.  Not all!

We did receive a document from the court, but it stated that the release would not happen.  After seeing that, communication with Khris Smalls and his company became very difficult.  He wouldn't take our calls and didn't return calls from several messages. 

It has now been a year and we are still waiting to hear from Khris Smalls or Release Surety regarding the case to get our loved one released.  There has been no communication and no return of funds.  The company also ripped off several friends by working on foreclosure and mortgages eliminations, as well as, car loan eliminations, that to date are not completed as well.  Those cases have been paid for as well!
