Reliable Transmissions Susan Treitler had an agreement with me to fix my car for $1000. Since September 09 the company seized my car and asked $3500 to fix it Middle Village , New York

Reliable transmissions has been advertising free towing to the shop repair. Susan gave my husband a price over the phone. She agreed to fix the transmissiom problem for a $1000. Once the car was at the shop, my husband and I could never see or spoke to Susan again. According to a gentleman at the shop, Susan was the only person who could sign the authorization form and she was not available. Since the car was towed, my husband decided to leave it there and come back later to finalize the repair authorization. The company refused to give a detail and receipt for the car. Reliable is asking for $800-1200 just to take the car without repair or charge us $3500 to fix it.
This is the biggest scam I ever experience in my life.
Does any one have any suggestion what to do?
