Reliabuild LLC Nicholas Appleby Construction Theft Scottsdale, Arizona

Reliabuild LLC (AKA Nick Appleby) was hired to do a remodel on my investment home.  Nick and his wife took my $18,000. They hired one drug addict to work on my property.  He proceeded to steal, do half a job on everything he worked on in the house, and never completed a project.  The $18,000 was to pay for supplies, materials, and subcontractors as this was not the total amount due to them upon completion of the project.  However, Nick and his wife did not buy even half of the materials and told subcontractors to call me personally for payment.  Nick called me one day and said if I didn't pay him in full and extra money as well, he would walk off the job.  No one gets paid before their job is complete. Nick and his wife had scammed another woman about a paint job and I got to here all about it while he road in my truck to pick up materials I had to buy. Nick told me his wife took all the money.  Nick claimed to be a licensed contractor, but he is not and had his license revoked.  He is currently convicted by the state of Arizona as of December 2012 of impersonating another person.  This and the other charges of advertising as a contractor without a license and misrepresenting himself as a licensed contract.  Be careful Reliabuild is anything but reliable.
