Very paranoid responses. Seems like lots of justifying over this comment and it's bringing more attention to you Sheryl. Sounds like a very pissed off employee, not competition, although one has to wonder why you think it is the competition. Is it because you do not get along with any of them in Bavaro and are constantly blasting them?  That's why you do not even know who it is, which is why you don't post their name.

Seems to me the person has posted proof you took off these loans and moved on to Bavaro, they foreclosed at the same times you claim you have a successful business in Dominican. So why didn't you pay? Sounds like mortgage fraud or tax evasion.

These internet attacks are both biased and faceless. I cannot believe that these comments come from anyone other than one ofour competitors.  If this was a client that we had misrepresented then this client would be talking about a specific transaction involving them and our company and not some past issues that have affected millions of Americans and occurred well after our relocation to the D.R.

We purchased abandoned properties in Philadelphia and, in the process, paid offover US $100,000 in back Property Taxes, US $350,000 in uncollected Mortgages, and another US $30,000 in back Utility Bills. We totally rehabilitated these properties and made them part of the community again.  We also rented to Section-8, thus giving many people a much better living standard in communities that we were a large part in revitalizing.

When we had 12 properties remaining, we found a Buyer who made a very competitive Short Sale offer for all of our properties.  The only 2 banks that were not open to discussion were Wachovia (1 mortgage) and Wells Fargo (5 mortgages) which is why we have a total of 6 properties that have been foreclosed upon, 1 of which was our primary residence.  The specific liens against the properties areby the Banks, Utility Companies, and Property Taxes.    We paid Wells Fargo over US $20,000 to re-modify all of our loans with them.  They assured us that the re-modification process was a formality and that we would be approved and in good standing again.  Then, after 3 months and furthermarket decline, Wells Fargo declined our re-modification requests and retained the money that we had sent them.  This was unbelievable because we had already successfully paid in full over 20 loans where Wells Fargo was the mortgage holder.  We have been in regular contact with most of our creditors and have entered into payment agreements with many.  We have satisfied several of these payment plans and will continue to work with our creditors until we have been cleared of all financial obligations.  Please be aware that the debt for many of these foreclosed properties has been sold several times over and we are indeed working with these new debt owners, though this is not reflected in the referenced Sheriff Sales Notices from 2009.

We moved to the Dominican Republic in June 2006.  We have been separated and living in different households since January 2010, however we continue to work together and amicably share custody of our son.  All creditors and tax authorities are aware of our permanent mailing address in the United States and we receive and read all of our mail on a regular basis. As of this date, we are unaware of any actions from Child Support Services, the Philadelphia Housing Authority, the Department of Probation, or the Philadelphia Criminal Justice Center. We have been notified of and are dealing with property mortgages.

I searched online and seems is more than tree properties that over million dollar, it says creditors has lien on those properties like philadelphia real estate tax,water services,gas companies,traffic court,criminal justice center, housing authority, and even the probation department and child supports enforcement.

In all competitions there are rules and in sports terms this post would be considered "hitting below the belt" or a low blow.  Why, because if you look at the Subject Title it is with perfect English, grammar, punctuation, and search engine SEO ready with key words etc, but in the body of the message it is with broken English, out of tense, and generally an ignorant message.  The disconnect is a cover-up for the cheap shot dealt by the competitor.

You and I know who you are.  I welcome you, or anybody, to hash out any issues with me or my company face to face like adults, or even with mediators if need be.  Please stop the false accusations and this immature cowardly website nonsense. 

These reports are foreclosures of our home and 2 investment properties that went extremely upside down due to the economic crisis.  Currently there are more than 250,000 foreclosures recorded per month in the US and the government is passing new laws to help distressed homeowners. 

During the many years we did real estate in Philadelphia we rennovated more than 100 properties and were instrumental in revitalizing many dilapidated Philly neighborhoods. 

I moved to the DR in June of 2006 leaving my husband who was working to sell our properties to fulfill the debts.  We did well considering we started with more than 60 properties to sell.  During this time many banks went out of business, sales crashed at the table, and the real estate market froze solid.  We tried to renegotiate with the banks but they would not cooperate. 

The foreclosures were in 2009, three years after my arrival to the DR and when we could see that there was nothing we could do to save or sell our remaining properties.  This breaks our hearts, but we had to move forward. 

We are not hiding as we run a successful, professional real estate business and have served thousands of clients and have even been featured on House Hunters International.  This report does not say that I have ever done anybody wrong nor has my company done anybody wrong.  Foreclosure is not a crime.

If someone has asked you to look at this and they are in a competing business it is possible that they are looking to put me down to build themselves up and THAT is not professional and no way to do business.
