We were contacted by The Remedy Group, and almost fell into their program (?).  We decided to do some investigating, and found that they are not supposed to ask for fees up front.  We are in Palm Coast, FL, so were very interested to see that there have been others in this area that have  experienced contact with this company.  We checked with the Orange County, CA Bar Association; the CA State Bar Association, the Secretary of State of CA, and any others we could think of, and none of them had any record of this company.  When I asked The Remedy Center Law for a name of one of their attorneys to check at the Bar Association, they said they couldn't give a name until one was assigned to our file - and that would only be after they received  money from us. They talk a good game, very convincing, and always find those of us who are vulnerable.  Unfortunately, they did get $500 from us, which we are going to attempt to get back.
