Unsurprisingly, the review appeared on a site that has never seen a single review about our company (despite over 10 Million registered users for the company), and resides in country that we don't offer our services in. The review appeared barely 24 hours before Alex Pippin reached out to us, extorting money "to resolve the issue".
I have run a search for a generic term for the industry my company operates in, and it seems RMNF has left multiple short negative reviews for several companies in our niche, just a few days apart. We can only assume that our competitors are also receiving these extortion emails these days.
Basically - Alex Pippin/ Removenegativefeedback.net is a scam to extort money from companies that want these reviews taken down.
