We called this company for blind repair. We got a quote before they came out of $130. When they saw we had money they increased the price to $150 for know reason. I called Danielle on it. She said OK $130. Our blinds are still messing up. We asked how much would it be to repair our motorized shade, we were told it would be $800.00 for the motor & $100.00 for labor. We said to order the motor. Our electrician said he would install it for $60.00 so we told Robin this and also told him we would pick up the motor. They said they would drop it off. When they dropped it off it was not packaged with No invoice No warranety nothing. They told us they didn't have to give us one so we said we wanted a refund. And that they would charge us a $350 fee. We called our bank for a Charge back. Wells Fargo said they have to give us a invoice. We were on a 3 way with them & Wells Fargo. The bank made them give us a full refund. Danielle said" F*** YOU & DON'T CALL US AGAIN"
Trust me we won't. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
