I attempted to return the item but when they said they would pick it up they never showed on three seperate occasions. Its been about four months and havent heard a peep from them but wonder if I have some sort of legal action being taken on me because i still owed about 1/4 of payment left. Hmmm whats your advice you rac workers. This company I guess makes the emplyees feel superior and think they can go around threatenin people well ha cant wait to see one of them run into the wrong customer. I have the threatening letters from them still and spoke with corporate many times to try and solve this issue. Hope they wrote it off.lol

POSTED: Tuesday, February 19, 2008First, keep all of your documents, notes, door tags, and anything that RAC gave you concerning this.
Second, RentaCenter may have written off your account as a loss after 90 days expired from the last renewal payment, but not necessarily so, 90% of the time they do this. They do NOT report to any credit agency---so don't worry about an adverse credit report or score.
Third, even though your contact has been non-existent for awhile, if an episode like this ever happens again to you (or someone else) at a workplace----have the police or your employers store security remove them from the premises...IT IS YOUR RIGHT !!!!!
RentaCenters revenue for 2007 was over 3 billion dollars from poor unaware United States citizens .
New Jersey was the only state that has finally stood up and said RentaCenter tactics and business is like LOANSHARKING......settlement awarded millions of dollars back to previous RentaCenter customers.
Empower yourselves against this horrific Company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
