Our personal fridge quit working. Went to RAC to get a new one. Upon delivery, RAC employees were to incompetent to get the doors off of refrigerator, to fit it through our front door. When they froced it through our door, it tore the ice maker/water dispenser off the refrigerator door. For 2 months, we have been paying for this broken fridge, & waiting for our new parts to repair this item. Recently, we were told by RAC, that our refrigerator would "NOT" be repaired. According to RAC. it was "OUR FAULT" the fridge got broken. Why?? Because we needed it that day. What does the "DAY" I need it on have to do with their incompetence to remove a refrigerator door???? So according to RAC, we must continue to pay for said broken fridge, or just be out our funds, because they refuse to transfer our paid funds over to a different unit. PLUS. They claim that "WE" will pay all damages to the refrigerator caused by "THEM" & any & all costs for repair even if we return the item.
