My neighbor had furniture delivered to her home from Rent A Center in Meridian,Mississippi. Upon delivery the driver discovered her driveway was muddy and was afraid the truck would get stuck. I'm at work and without my permission he used my driveway and got on my lawn and got stuck. Leaving my lawn torn up. I questioned the neighbor and she confirmed that the driver did the damage to my property. I took pictures of the damages and called the store to speak with the manager. The manager asked me to bring the pictures and I did. The manager said he had spoken to the drive and the driver did admit he did the damages. And I haven't heard anything from them since. I strongly believe Rent A Center should be liable for all the damages. The driver was trespassing and caused damages to my lawn. I need legal advise ASAP.

Call a landscaping company, get an estimate for repairs.
Send the bill to Wreck a Center.
When they refuse to pay you, take your pictures, your neighbor and the estimate to small claims court and sue them...
