Joe Crimaldi goes by different name alias'. He is a dishonest business person. I purchased a short sale townhome that he managed. When I purchased the property, I had no interest in using his services.
He kept the renter's deposit that was supposed to be transfered to the new home owner since the lease contract had expired. It is our responsibility to hold this deposit and keep for the duration of the tennant's lease if damage should occur as well as last month's deposit.
This man, Joe Crimaldi, wrote us a bad check, and is refusing to forfeit the money owed. We filed a claim yesterday and are prepared to file with the courts on Friday if we do no receive payment.
This company is a scam. He runs a corrupt property management company! Do not do business with this company. Please do your research so he doesn't scam you too.
We are prepared to contact local agencies that will make them aware of his dishonest business in Collier County.
