Rentway ripped off! rentway won't pay insurance claims but will take your money!! Ripoff Richmond Virginia

I have been a customer for years. I recently had a break in and filed an insurance claim. I have paid for this for four years. Rentway won't pay off the stolen items because the report didn't say what kind of break in it was.
The report says B/E which means breaking and entering. That means someone broke in and entered into my home. what kind of fool do they think I am.
I have let slide all the furniture I have purchased in the past that fell apart. I let slided the phone bill I aquired from the wrong dial up numbers that was entered in my computer I purchased by one of their employees that they got rid of after that messup. I let slided the Rep. that called my house and threaten me because he thought I owe a one cent payment on the very same computer the other Rep. put the wrong numbers in. I let slided the Rep. that came to my home to set up a bedroom set and was rude and yelling at me in front of my children even after I called the store manager to get him out of my house. And he left the set in pieces that my children and I had to assemble ourselves.
How much more can I take, no more. Rentway should stop these bad business practices.
