Repairsuniverse Sent a broken screen that does not work and told me i had broken it, Internet

i had purchased a screen for my samsung fascinate. it had a cracked outer screen but it still worked fine except for that. i wanted to purchase a new screen for it so i could activate it on my plan.

I saw a repair video for the phone and it stated that they could be purchased from repairsuniverse,com. I figured this would be a good site because it made repair videos . I had purchased the screen from them for $100.00 . I had received it in the mail so happy to get the screen i had hurry up and put it in the phone to find out it does not work.

I had talked to the customer service representative and they said that i had broke the screen to send it to them to see what was wrong with it. i was questionable about doing so because it seemed a little to weird. I had found someone else who sent it to them and they will not respond to their emails. iam not paying shipping on the screen as i purchased a brand new screen i should not have to send it in for repairs that is downright wrong. They are trying to make money quick in doing so . i would highly recommendthat you do not buy from them unless you want broken parts and your money gone
