It should not take 4 days to send a DD to your bank that you have had since the 27th of January. I will never use Tax Act again. I cannot believe that they are in business with Republic Bank, and further more, I cannot believe that Republic Bank is refusing to give out tracking numbers to we can track OUR money. I hope something is done to stop this company.
Someone needs to inform the President.
