I worked for this company for nearly 2 years, and let me tell you this company is beyond corrupted. The coworkers were fine, it was the upper management that was a constant problem. They constantly rely on their employees to do everything for them, and if you fail to deliver they threaten to fire you. There were lots of threats, these people they are power tripping 95% of the time. On top of that, they play favorites, they constantly violate federal laws, and labor rights. They called me off work hours to ask me for favors , when I was let go I had paid vacation time and they refused to give me. When you have a problem with a supervisor a normal person would think talking to someone higher would help, NO sir, they all gain up on you and threaten to fire you. So many people have come and gone here due to this ridiculous workplace, voluntarily or involuntarily. The management team is so corrupted it's unbelievable. One manager goes to strip clubs and bars most of his shifts, another fails to do her job and bullies her inferiors, another one is the city mayor's little bitch, not to mention the rest. It doesn't have anything to do with your work performance, it's all about favoritism at this place, they don't like you, they're going to pick at you, simple as that. I don't ever recommend this place to work because pour in 10 years of your life and guarantee your job isn't gonna go anywhere, there's no room to move up and if you're lucky they won't threaten your job. I would sue this damn place with all I got but you know what it's not worth it, they're all going to get it on their own eventually.
