Research Medical Center Research Medical Center cause of starving suffering humiliation and death of my father kansas city Missouri

well it all started wen he went to research medical center and found cancer in his esophagus feb 8th 2012 and a  then they removed a section of his esophagus and a few month"s later cancer free from kemo theripy but he started to get realy bad pain in his side and being the man he was he cept detailed records of everything was allready suffering with back pain thot his liver was going bad and going to die they told him it was muscle spasms so they prescribed him medication for it and sent him home so maybe a week or to go by was not able to eat or drink aney thing i took him back in er and told them his pain was getting realy bad and lost alot of wait took more x rays and told him his stomach had ben pinch

off by his intestines so surgery again and rearanged and removed gold blader not shure have all medicl info on it he kept all of it and then latter on like a moth or to latter back in er with same paine meen wile had not ben eating becuse of vomiting green stuff and food lost so much wait he could berly move they would not tell us wat was really going on then one doctor sed was addicted to pain meds then we told them he is not leaving here till he gets a feeding tube put in because he was starving to death they discharged him and sent him home with out one so wen we got home it was getting bad and i calld an ambulance to north kc hospial they sed there the nervs in his stomach were bad and it was not working at all

so they poot in a pec tube then we thot he would getbetter he went home after i think 2 weeks and next  day back in er with ammonia so they treated him for it and then he went to carmal hill for rehabilitation he was there for 5 months then his pec tube came out just before he was released to go home for completing therapy soe back in er for new one then he went back to carmal hill for 3 day"s and then came home after just 3 day"s was berly able to move so sent him back to er for ammonia this time he there for a week they sed at north kc he had 2 infections in his  noze and intestines he is there for 2 week"s he sed he dident feel he was ready to go home yet so he went to cherry hill nursing home 11/29/13 he

not there for a week and wen they were giving him food thrue his tube his pec tube was out so they sent him to er on berry roud came back the same night the next day i got a call the my dads o2 was at 25percent and could not get it back up so they sent him back to north kc hospital er they told us that his intestines had went up in his chest and was resting on his lung on one side the doctors sed they have never seen this happn before and that it was a result of the surgery so with only on lung at 25 persent with ammonia he was going to die he passed away 5 day"s latter 12/9/13 we have all of his med list and documents for evrything from the start to end he was sfc e7 vietnam vet and a good man that did not need to be treeted this way.
