Resellerratings.com write those bad reviews about your company than they will ask you to become a paid member, so they or you can remove those bad reviews. What a scam. They also claim that their reveiws are from real customers with the real invoice or order numbers. Oh really? Anyone can just come up with an order number (here is one for you, My order number is 12547969) and resellerratings.com never checks those order or invoice numbers with the company because they can not. Those order numbers not even exist. What a shame. Dishonest, scam artist people.

ResellerRatings is VERY QUESTIONABLE

I registered for ResellerRatings as a consumer and posted a negative review on one of their "member merchants" based on a transaction I had with this merchant. Shortly after posting the review, the merchant sent two threatening emails to me, demanding I remove the review or face harsh legal consequences (apparently, member merchants receive email notification of reviews and seem to have access to ALL the registration information of the consumer who posted the review). The next day, contrary to what the owner or ResellerRatings writes above, my review was removed from ResellerRatings without them ever contacting me for proof, verification, or anything else. It appears to me that a "member merchant" has the capacity to have at least some unfavorable reviews deleted no questions asked.

The original complaint is wholly false:

a) Our company NEVER writes reviews of retailers.  Only users who visit our site write reviews.

b) 80% of our 420,000 consumer reviews are positive.  The average length of a ResellerRatings review is 75 words.  Our community is real, and passionate.  See, http://www.resellerratings.com/topreviewers.pl

c) It's free for merchants to flag reviews for removal under our terms of use (http://www.resellerratings.com/terms.pl).  If a merchant doesn't recognize an invoice/order number for any given review, they can flag the review. We then contact the user for proof of their order. If no proof of an order is provided by the customer, the review is removed.

The person/merchant who posted this complaint clearly did not take the time to contact us nor to understand how we operate, or what tools are available to merchants.
